problemas con las licencias demo

Hola soy usuario nuevo, ya tengo instalado el programa en su versión demo, pero cuando trato de abrirlo me manda al EMTP Activation Utility, para actualizar la licencia, hago el procedimiento que muestra se muestra en la guia de instalación para la versión demo desde los pasos 1-10, pero al final el programa no me abre. Me sigue dando error con la licencia.

hi every one. why EMTP put just two type of three winding transformer and doesn't work as like as 2 winding transformer?
for example in 2 winding trans you can choose Y or delta with any phase like Yd1 but in 3 winding user hasn't that choice .

I don't know how to simulate TCSC on EMTP software.

Flashover switch flashes over before threshold is met

Hello,
I'm dealing with fast transient from lighning strikes.
One of my Flashover switches flashes over at a voltage which is much lower than its set flashover voltage.
This seems to be related to calculation step, as the smaller the step, the closer the flashover is to Vflash.
Nontheless, the flashover takes place (significantly) before the voltage reaches its Vflash value. Is this because the flashover also depends on voltage derivative?
