Do you enjoy discussing a particular subject related to EMTP simulations and presenting your research and ideas to others? If so, don't miss your chance to speak at our EMTP® International User Conference during the IPST 2025 conference in Guadalajara, Mexico. Stay tuned for details on the date and venue, as this event will be held in a hybrid format.

 

Suggested Topics

We are looking for presenters to share their experience in the field of EMTP simulations with a focus on the following topics:

  • Simulation of very large-scale grids in EMTP®
  • Simulation and analysis of grids with renewable energy sources
  • Subsynchronous control interaction (SSCI) detection methods for power electronics-based grids
  • HVDC models
  • Ferroresonance problems
  • Switching and Lightning Transients

WHEN: Sunday, June 8, 2025 | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

WHERE: Guadalajara, Mexico  / Hybrid Event

 

All presentations should be given in English using PowerPoint or PDF.

Deadlines:

  • April 1, 2025 | Submission of the presentation's title and a short abstract with your biography and full contact details to marketing@emtp.com 
  • April 15, 2025 | Confirmation of acceptance.
  • May 1, 2025 | Submission of final presentation files.
